About the role
You own revenue and adoption end to end, and both numbers, not one of them. The whole motion is yours: pipeline, pilots, design partnerships, expansion, and the marketing engine that feeds them. We sell to the largest enterprises and governments on earth, so this is not a role for someone who has only sold to mid-market. It is for someone who can walk into a bank or an agency, find the budget and the aligned decision-makers, and move.
What youβll do
- Own revenue and adoption as the two metrics the function lives and dies by
- Build the GTM motion end to end: design partnerships β pilots β strategic expansion
- Land $250K design partnerships on relationship and trust; stand up $2.5M-$25M pilots; grow accounts toward $250M ARR
- Sell to the CEO/CIO/CTO and agency leadership at the world's largest companies, banks, and governments
- Hire and lead the sales, marketing, and RevOps team; install the operating cadence and forecasting discipline
- Partner with product and forward-deployed engineering so what we sell, we can deliver
What we need to see
- You have carried and hit a number at enterprise scale, selling to the C-suite of very large organisations
- A book of relationships you can genuinely call on in week one, not a network you would have to rebuild
- You have run the full motion, not just closing: pipeline generation, design partnerships, pilots, expansion
- Operating rigor a board can read: forecasting you stand behind, and a pipeline that means something
Nice to have
- You have sold in banking, financial services, or the public sector, where our first customers are
- You have built a marketing function as well as a sales one
- Experience taking a category-creating product to market, where the buyer has no budget line for you yet
What winning looks like
- Revenue vs plan, and forecast accuracy
- Adoption: active usage and net revenue retention
- Design partnerships landed, $2.5M-$25M pilots stood up, and strategic accounts grown toward $250M
