About the role
You go where the customer is and make the deployment real inside their boundary, on their hardware, against their systems, with their security team in the room. Half engineering, half diplomacy. When it works, a bank or an agency has a live thing doing real work rather than a pilot that quietly expired, and you were the reason.
What you’ll do
- Embed with customers to deploy Agent One & Puppy One inside their boundary, on their terms
- Build integrations to the systems they run - identity (ID.me/Login.gov, OAuth/SSO), data, and line-of-business apps
- Stand up pilots and POCs that prove value fast; own the technical win
- Translate the field back into product - what you learn becomes what we build
- Keep consent, minimal disclosure, and the human-in-control true in every deployment
What we need to see
- Strong integration and full-stack engineering: you can make messy systems that were never meant to talk do so reliably
- You have worked inside a regulated, high-stakes environment such as a bank, an agency, or a hospital
- You are genuinely good with customers under pressure, including when the answer is no
- Willingness to travel and to work on-site where the data lives
Nice to have
- Identity integration specifically: OAuth, OIDC, SAML, Login.gov, ID.me
- A security clearance, or eligibility for one
- You have converted a pilot into a production contract and know where those die
What winning looks like
- Pilot-to-production conversion rate
- Time-to-first-value at a new account
- Customer-reported outcomes (hours saved, dollars found, risk reduced)

Customer-facing, so remote-friendly: base yourself in any major US city with good airport connections. Offices in all nine cities if you want one.
