About the role
You wire Agent One into the systems a customer already runs, most of which were not designed to be wired into anything. Identity is usually the hard part: getting a verified human across a boundary without ever handling their credentials. When you are done, something that used to take a person an afternoon happens on its own, reliably, with a receipt.
What we need to see
- Integration engineering with identity protocols in production: OAuth, OIDC, SAML
- You make messy real-world systems talk to each other reliably rather than once
- Security-first and consent-first by habit, including when it makes the integration harder
- You leave behind documentation and tests that let somebody else run it
Nice to have
- Login.gov or ID.me specifically
- Enterprise directory and provisioning work: SCIM, Active Directory, Okta
- Experience in a customer-facing engineering role
What winning looks like
- Integration time-to-live and rework rate
- Successful identity verifications without credential handling
- Post-integration reliability/SLA
Where and how we work
Customer-facing, so remote-friendly: base yourself in any major US city with good airport connections. Offices in all nine cities if you want one.
