About the role
You own a core surface of the platform: the roadmap, the bar, and whether it actually works for the person using it. These are surfaces where the hard part is not the feature list but the trust: an agent that acts on your behalf, an identity you keep, a wallet that spends your money. You will decide what we build, and just as often what we refuse to.
What we need to see
- You have owned a consumer or developer product at real scale and can point at outcomes rather than launches
- You write clearly enough that your written decision is the artefact the team works from
- Fluency with AI and agent products, including a feel for where latency and trust break the experience
- You say no well, and can explain the no to the person who wanted the yes
Nice to have
- You have shipped something with a hard privacy or consent constraint
- Payments, identity, or wallet experience specifically
- You have worked on hardware and software together
What winning looks like
- Activation and weekly-active retention of your surface
- Time-to-value for a new user
- Shipped outcomes that move a north-star metric, not output for its own sake
